About Retopon

Dr. Hantao Zhou is one cofunder and executive director of Retopon Energy. He got PhD from Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, has over 15 years experiences on energy storage batteries including key materials, engineering, BMS.

Mr. Zhongwei Cai is another cofunder and CEO of Retopon Energy. He got MBA from Nanjing University, has over 15 years experiences on power electronic technology development, industrialization and marketing, especialy on precision metering instrument, inverter, frequency converter.
